Pierce Group Consultants can be as flexible as needed.  We are able to provide the full campaign program starting with Candidate Training and continue through wrapping up the campaign once the election or project is completed.  Our clients also have the ability to create a program of our services bases on the needs of the campaign.

Candidate Training
Pierce Group Consultants provides extensive training for the would be candidate for any public office.  It is important that every candidate understands the commitment that is needed in order to run for public office.  A candidate must take on this process as if it were an employment opportunity.  We will focus on the votes needed for victory, how to get those votes and how to pay for the campaign to achieve victory.

Campaign Manager/Staff Training

Pierce Group Consultants will provide extensive training programs for potential campaign management staff.  This training will ensure that our clients receive a true “manager” for their campaign.  A campaign manager must have complete training and hands-on experience in creation of a campaign plan and executing that plan.  Our campaign managers will be the best trained and supported by us for our clients.  Pierce Group will also train and support other vital campaign staff members to ensure that they are experts in their fields.

Campaign Structure/Plan Development

Pierce Group Consultants will work with the Campaign to create the necessary structure needed for a given race. Each campaign will require a Treasurer and a Campaign Committee.  We will work with our clients to fill positions such as Volunteer Coordinator, Scheduler, Field Director, Communications Director and Fiance Director. The needs of each campaign will be different and Pierce Group Consultants recognizes this and will develop a structure based on the needs of the client.  The goal of each campaign is to gain the majority of votes.  Pierce Group will work with the Campaign Team to create a solid plan to gain those votes needed for victory.  The key to victory is adverse campaign plan that is fully implemented.

Message is key to victory for any campaign.  The message must be clear and short.  Pierce Group Consultants will provide strategic planning in order to create that clear message for the campaign.  Each campaign will have a unique message which will resonate with their constituents.  The message must match the Candidate core beliefs and must be consistant from every member of the campaign.

Campaign/Project Fund Raising

A campaign’s success is directly connected to its ability to raise the funds needed to implement the outlined campaign plan.  It starts with the candidate calls, through the Coffee/House Parties, to arranging fundraising events and finally through mailings.  Pierce Group will guide each campaign through the fundraising jungle.  We will guide the campaign to those donors and/or organizations from which the campaign financing will be raised.

Graphic Design/Printing & Mail Service

Pierce Group Consutltant clients will have access to our Graphic Design team.  We will provide all the design needs our clients’ campaign will need; from campaign logo to web design to direct mail pieces.  Our team will ensure that all the media communication to the campaign’s audience will be consistent.  Pierce Group Consulting has agreements with locally owned printing and mailing service companies.  We have achieved these agreements to ensure that our clients will have top of the line service in their printing and direct mail services. 

Opposition Research/Polling

Pierce Group Consultants will provide opposition research for each of our clients.  It will be this research that will better prepare the campaign in creating it campaign plan.  In political races in which there is an opponent, Pierce Group will research the opponent’s background and political history.  In cases of some political races, Pierce Group Consultants will research the issue/cause that is opposite of our clients and discover weaknesses in the opposition.  Pierce Group clients will have our polling services available to them throughout the campaign.  Our clients will have the ability to poll on issues as well as on their races.  Pierce Group also has the ability to conduct focus groups on our clients messaging programs.
